Mediation is practices where an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness or forcing the mind on a particular object , thought or activity to trainattention and awareness and achieves a mentally clear and emotionally claim and stable state.
Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety , depression and pain and increasing peace , respiration , self concept and well being.
Mediation is essential to feel well and live a happy life. Meditation helps us to eliminate negative thoughts ,worries , anxiety , all factors that can prevent us feeling happy . it has been proved that practices of meditation, carried out on regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Meditation is free , it’s powerful can be practiced by anyone, everywhere , is extremely beneficial and can helps to feels happier.
To meditate it’s not necessary to be a Buddhist, Hindu Or Practice any religion , infact meditation has nothing do with religion. We do not need to spends hours and hours setting in the lotus position.
